Julio E. Marco (Franco) Ferrol (Coruña, Spain), 10th February 1951. Count Marcov, Seigneur of the Fief de Thomas Blondel (Guernsey); Extraordinary and plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kiev Noble Assembly; Doctor in Medicine, Bachelor in Business Administration, Master in Health Care Administration. Head of Department of Nephrology, Son Dureta University Hospital, Palma de Mallorca. He comes from the Guernsey-Spanish line, linked to Nikolay Iraklievich and his wife Victoria Ann from Guernsey and their son Joseph (1818 Circa 1875).

Granted from the "Instituto Social de la Marina" for the studies of nursing and medicine at the Medical School of Santiago de Compostela. Spain.
Granted with the "cum laude" degree for his Doctoral Thesis: "Serum Ferritin in Hemodialysis" at the Autonoma University of Barcelone.

The Russian Church in Spain has awarded Dr. Marco with the decorations of St. Joachim and St Anne of thrid and second grade and also with the order (first grade) of St. Joachim and St. Anne.
H.R.H. Nicholas Petrevic-Njegosh, Crown Prince of Montenegro recently decorated Count Marcov as knight of Royal Order of King Danilo I of Montenegro.

He has obtained several sailing rewards.
Dr. Marco is referred to in many publications such as in “Marquis who's who in Medicine and Health Care”, "Marquis who's who in Science and Engineering", “Mallorca Encyclopaedia”, “Mallorca Medical Encyclopaedia” and in the Mallorca “Who's who” amongst others.
He has been nominated as "International Health Professional of the year 2003" by the International Biographical Center of Cambridge, England.
